Conditioning your hair properly can solve the problem. At first wash your hair with a quality shampoo and rinse it thoroughly. Apply lots of conditioner at this point and wear a shower cap. Let the conditioner work for at least 30 minutes. The longer you keep the conditioner, the better it works. Then rinse the conditioner and you will notice that some dreads untangle at this point.

3 – Never Use a Hair Dryer

After washing the hair, never use a blow dryer because heat will make your hair dry and rough and it will be difficult for you to remove the knots.

4 – Vinegar Water

You can apply water and vinegar solution. Mix 4 parts water and 1 part vinegar and rinse your hair with the solution. This will make your hair softer and smoother and you will be able to get rid of dreads easily.

5 – Comb Your Hairs

After doing the above mentioned treatments, you should take a comb and start combing your locks. Start near the ends and slowly come towards your scalp. Take one lock at a time and after finishing it, braid the loosened hair so that the hair will not be able to join in another lock.

Do not haste, take enough time otherwise you will end up breaking all your hair. You may need several days to comb your entire hair so keep patience.

Comb your hair from front to back and each side evenly. When you are done combing your entire hair thoroughly, you will definitely look better.

6 – Oil Treatment

Give your hair oil treatment. Sock your hair in oil and wear a cap. Leave the oil overnight and you will see that more hair will come loose. Olive oil and jojoba oil are good for oil treatment.

7 – Use a Moisturizer

Apply enough moisturizer before combing your hair. It will soften your hair and combing will be easier for you. Apply it from time to time.
